The Leupold Mark 4 12-40x60mm Tactical Spotting Scope is the same design used in the United States Army's XM110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System, and designed for use by the spotter in a two-man sniper team. It features the exclusive Xtended Twilight Lens System, in which each lens is given an individually calibrated multi-layer coating for maximum light transmission, particularly in low-light conditions. The premium optics provide a clear, bright image even at maximum magnification, and the scope features a Mil Dot or Tactical Milling reticle so that the spotter can see the target as if viewed through a riflescope. The armor-coated body is extremely durable and completely waterproof for all-weather use, and provides easy compatibility with tripods and digital cameras. It also features a McCann rail that allows you to attach night vision equipment and other accessories for enhanced versatility.
