Tabular, lustrous, creamy yellow barite on fluorite breccia. This was collected from a very large pocket, approximately 3 feet wide 2 feet high and about 8-10 feet deep (personal experience by Ross Lillie). The hole remained open for months since it was in the center of a pillar. Dozens of excellent fluorite and barite specimens were collected in all sizes. Provenance: Mined June, 1982; acquired by Ross Lillie in district; gifted to William Severance in 1985; re-acquired by Ross Lillie at Springfield 2016. Barite xl to 3.2 cm. No damage.
